When can I expect my thank-you items and acknowledgment letters for my donations?

For donations to WWFGifts, items and letters are typically received within 10 days.

Thank-you items for eligible donations are shipped for free to US states and territories via USPS First-Class / Priority Mail and typically deliver in 5-9 days in the absence of delivery delays. 

WWF-US is unable to offer international shipping.

For all other donations, please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks.
