You can submit a request for a full-year donation summary by clicking the “Ask a Question” tab above, or by calling our member services team at 800-960-0993. You can expect to receive this summary within 10 days. 

Please refer to the individual acknowledgment letters you received for each contribution for information on tax deductibility, including the value of goods or services received, if any.
