Resend Adoption Certificate

Please email membership@wwfus.org to submit your request to resend the Adoption Certificate. Please include the email address that you provided to make the online adoption, as well as the gift recipient's email address, if any.

Please check spam or junk mail folders as  some internet service providers block our email attachments. Alternately, we'd be happy to send the email to a different address.
