Change monthly giving donation information

You can make changes to your monthly giving account online in your supporter page, by emailing us at membership@wwfus.org, or over the phone by calling 1-800-960-0993.  Please read the following information carefully and determine the best method to fit your needs.

If you signed up for monthly giving online, you can update your credit card information and monthly giving donation amount online.  Login to the WWF Supporter Center with your user name and password.  If you are unsure of your username and password you may request this information or register your free account on the login page. Additionally, you can change the amount of your monthly donation or change the expiration date for your credit card on file by submitting an email to our member services team by clicking the "Still Need Help? Contact Us"  tab below or emailing membership@wwfus.org directly.  Please be sure to include your full name and address so we may find your account.  For security purposes please do not email credit card numbers.  

If you prefer to make changes over the phone, you may call our member services team at 1-800-960-0993 and we will be happy to assist you in making changes to your monthly giving account.
