Personalized Adoption Certificate

Mailed adoption certificates do not include your name or the gift recipient's name. However, if you choose to make your symbolic adoption donation online and you provide a valid email address and gift recipient's name, the electronic adoption certificate will include the recipient's name. The colorful emailed certificate may be printed on your home printer and framed.  Make sure you enter you or your recipient’s email address when prompted to receive this valuable email.
