Generally, free gifts are received six to eight weeks following your donation to World Wildlife Fund. It is possible that your gift is delayed due to an address problem. We will use the information that you provide in your phone call or email to research the donation and confirm whether the gift has been sent to the matching address. We apologize for the confusion. If necessary we can send your requested gift by first class mail once we have confirmed the address.
